At DUER, we want you to feel confident in your performance denim; if your order isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unwashed and unworn items within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate your return or exchange.

  Select Your Items

  Choose the specific items you wish to return and select whether you would like a refund to your original payment method or an exchange for a different size.

  Print and Pack

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, then securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags still attached.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is processed.
